Users Eligibility
Users who are accessing Green Packers & Movers confirms that their legal age i.e. 18 years to form a legally binding contract with Green Packers & Movers and are not a person barred, from availing the services offered by Green Packers & Movers under the applicable Indian laws.
Changes and Other Terms
Sun Packers & Movers has the right to make changes and modifications to any information incorporated in this site, or our other sites without giving any prior notice. We also reserve the right to alter any of the Terms of Use without prior notice.
Law & Jurisdiction
Every User must accept that any claims against Green Packers and Movers, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hyderabad Courts at Telangana and the Indian laws shall apply therein. However, we have the right to take legal proceedings in other cities other than Hyderabad and also other than India, to protect our business interests.
USING Green PACKERS & MOVERS SERVICES
You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions by using Green Packers and Movers:
1. Green Packers & Movers or it’s representatives will call you anytime between general working hours between 8AM -6PM and discuss about your shifting needs and feedback related to shifting.
2. Green Packers and Movers or it’s partners will fulfill your shifting needs in any city
3. You should keep your valuables like gold and cash must keep with you while shifting your house
4. You must take insurance while shifting your house. Any damages or thefts caused to your items will be covered in insurance in such cases
5. If the shifting is done by our partners, any damage caused to your items will be compensated by that respective partner only. Green Packers & Movers don’t be liable to pay such damages.
